Since we are interested in the RRP the policy states "Conduct overnight reverse repurchase agreement operations at an offering rate of 0.05 percent and with a per-counterparty limit of $80 billion per day; the per-counterparty limit can be temporarily increased at the discretion of the Chair"

tardnugget goes over that historically inclusion into MidCap 400 have had a positive price movement and an increase in volume the day after the announcement (07-28-2021) and the day of implementation (08-04-2021) and while we had negative price movement we did have almost 3 times the volume than previously.
